Dancehall vibes for Labor Day Weekend in Lauderhill

There will be nothing but pure dancehall in the dance hall this Labor Day weekend at Luxurious Banquet Hall.

Rushan Impack promotions will be hosting a selection of dancehall artists and disc jockeys from the U.S. and Jamaica at the Dancehall Mixx Dance and Show on Sunday, Sept. 3.

The show will feature performances by dancehall artists Professor Nuts, Agent Sasco previously known as Assassin, Mega Banton, Chino McGregor and Natchelous Demus.

Professor Nuts is known for his comedy and social commentary infused music. He is guaranteed to keep the crowd bursting over in laughs.

Agent Sasco is best known for his hit  “Talk How Mi Feel” which reached number one on the Jamaican charts in 2011. He also gained recognition worldwide for his feature on Kanye West’s  “I’m in It” and “Blacker the Berry” by Kendrick Lamar.

Mega Banton is known for hits such as “Sound Boy Killing” and “First Position.” The lyrically inclined artist is very well respected in the dancehall community.

Younger artist, Chino McGregor is the son of reggae legend Freddie McGregor. He has written and produced some of the biggest hits for TOK, Elephant Man, Daville and many more. He has also made a name for himself with hits like “We Nuh Like Dem.”

Natchelous Demus has the style and the original swagger that oozes ragga dancehall.

Platinum Kidds, Juxxy Fiyah and Innocent Sound will be spinning the sound system tracks to keep the those in attendance warm in between performances.
